Goji berry is also known as wolfberry and it has a variety of health benefits to mankind. It has immense healing powers. The delicious Goji Berry is methodically called Lycium Barbarum Himalayan Goji Juice. It is made is made up of proteins, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and polysaccharides. In fact, it contains four dissimilar "Master Molecule" polysaccharides, vitamin, twenty one trace minerals, Vitamin E, antioxidants, Betaine, essential fatty acids, B-complex vitamins, Zexanthin etc. It helps in maintaining eye health and prevents ageing. It also contains nineteen amino acids.

Antioxidants are nutritional elements found in food items which have the ability to slow down or prevent the damage to our body due to oxidation. And it’s not that that these elements are present in small amounts or insignificant proportions like that in some other fruits. A proliferated Goji Berry contains about eleven milligrams of iron in hundred gram content. And of course, these berries are hundred percent organic in nature.

But you may think that why should you care about their being organic or inorganic? So you must know about the fact that in cultivating a commercial crop most of the time pesticides and insecticides are used. This retards the nutritional value of a food as compared to present in a naturally grown fruit. Hence there is a great importance of being organic, as an organic fruit is highly nutritional without any kind of side effects.
